How to Purchase a Property
How it Works
1. Select a Property
Reserve or purchase the property and complete the checkout form to make your deposit/downpayment to reserve the parcel. All financial transactions will process through PayPal.
2. Sign Agreement
We will then prepare a land purchase or land contract agreement for your review, signature and return.
3. Close on Property
We’ll begin the closing process in-house to complete the land sale. All properties will convey through an Arkansas Quit Claim Deed and will be notarized through a commissioned Notary. All documents will be expressed mailed through PayPal and USPS.
